Tequila’s Family Mexican Restaurant
August 21, 2009
If you are looking for the best Mexican restaurant in town you need to keep Tequila’s in mind. The servers are excellent with fast and friendly service. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is seasonal of coarse. Also, there is a nice bar if you’d like to sit down a have one of the tastiest margaritas in town. The décor makes for a great look and feel.
Menus are well organized, easy to read and informative but if you have a question don’t hesitate to ask. Moving on to the excellent food. You start with a warm basket of homemade tortilla chips with a mild diverse salsa for anyone’s pallet. Oh, I almost forgot the Pico De Gallo has a subtle flavor with an authentic texture. Moving on to the main courses there isn’t a single thing on the menu I wouldn’t order but here are two of our favorites. Carne Asada Burrito great plate presentation, filling but not overwhelming great taste! (Spanish rice a perfect side) Sizzling Fajitas great presentation very authentic aroma increases the appetite! The freedom to build it your way makes it that much better.
Over all we give Tequila’s two thumbs up! So, the next time you have a hankering for some great food that is modestly priced comedown to Tequila’s plenty of parking. Located 132 West Sixth St. Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601 between Ramada Inn and the Toyota Dealership on the left hand side.
I wanted to thank Tequila’s Restaurant and the people who run the establishment. Also, the food expert Gordon Cornelius, III thanks bud look forward to next week’s review.
